  • Be aware of rotating or moving surfaces
  • Wear gloves while handling equipment or chemical
  • Remove accessories such as rings they might be caught up in the moving machinery
  • Provide adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) to the worker.
  • Give safety training to the workers regarding proper way to handle the equipment.
  • Enforce policies and procedures so they will adhere to safety rules.
